Alaska has three different types of paid fares — Redeemer, main and first — and there are different flight change programs for each type of chow, plus one for award breakouts.
Redeemer fares
Redeemer fares are the least precious. They ’re also the most restrictive, meaning that they’re not eligible for any type of Alaska airlines change flight, refunds or cancellations — unless they fall under the “Peace of Mind Waiver.” This policy applies to tickets bought betweenFeb. 27, 2020, and April 30, 2021, with original trip dates between Feb. 27, 2020, and March 31, 2022. Still, you can cancel your flight without a figure and either deposit the purchase price into your “ My Account” portmanteau or admit a credit instrument for an unborn trip, If you bought a Redeemer chow that meets these criteria.

Still, indeed if your Redeemer flight is covered by the Peace of Mind Waiver, you can not change it. To make changes under the Peace of Mind Waiver, you ’d need to first cancel, also rebook.

Still, you just ca n’t change it, If you reserved a Redeemer flight that’s not covered by the Peace of Mind Waiver. Period.

The only way to get a refund for a Redeemer flight is to cancel it within 24 hours of booking.
